Goals for the week, July 4-10

Sunday: 60 minutes run/walk
Monday: 37 minutes elliptical
Tuesday: 37 minutes run/walk
Weds: rest
Thursday: 37 minutes run/walk
Friday: 60 minutes Pilates
Saturday: 37 minutes elliptical

At LEAST 240 minutes exercising, and to add: keeping track of food, and at least one yoga session.
