35 minutes on the elliptical this afternoon. It is about the only thing that got done today, except for cleaning the house and laundry.
So, for the week: 222 minutes exercised.

Goals for the week were: 240 minutes or more, and 15 miles or more. I really need to do cardio 6 days a week to get this goal, but I did the best I could this week.
